1. How much will my new roof cost?

Due to the fact that there are so many different variables of a roof system, we are usually unable to give you a quote without actually assessing your roof on site. We offer many different options to fit your budget, so contact us for more information. If you have your insurance paperwork that states the square footage of your home, we may be able to give you an estimate via e-mail. Fill out this form to get a free quote!

2. Will you work with my insurance company?

We will work with your insurance company. There are times when you will have to be in contact with your insurance, but we will complete as much of the work as we are able to.

3. Do you guarantee your work?

We offer a minimum of a five (5) year labor warranty. Depending on the material and services that you receive you may obtain an industry leading lifetime labor warranty (ask your sales rep about our "Platinum Preferred Warranty"). Be wary of any roofing contractors offering unbelievable warranties, and ensure that a roofing contractor has been in business for a minimum of five years. Over 98% of all roofing companies will be in business no longer than 3 years, according to Contractor Magazine. The various shingle types we use offer warranties ranging from 25 years to lifetime.

4. Do you offer services for small jobs?

We will work on any roof, large or small. This includes repair work or total roof replacement. To get more information about the services we provide, feel free to contact us.

5. Do you install ventilation systems?

We offer a wide variety of ventilation systems that may be installed at any time. Improper ventilation is the #1 leading cause of roof decay, and the majority of houses we work on are severely under ventilated. You could see considerable savings on your annual electric bill by installing proper ventilation. Contact us to learn more about how ventilation could keep your house cool and save you money.

6. How may I save money on my insurance premiums?

By installing certain classes of roofing material we may be able to save you up to 27% off of your annual insurance premiums. Contact us or your insurance company for more information.

10. Do we have different choices of colors when preparing to roof our house?

We have a wide range of colors to choose from. Color samples are available to help aid you in your selection. For a more accurate selection we recommend that you choose a color from another home or building or ask us to bring several full size shingles so that you may have a better representation of what to expect. Your local hardware store will have several samples available as well.

11. What options do I have for payment?

You have several payment options available to you. You may pay by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. In some cases we will finance with a 50% down payment.

12. When will you start my project?

It depends on several factors. Usually we will start your project about two to three weeks from the day your contract is signed. During peak or storm seasons you may have to wait additional time. Once you are on our schedule we will not move another project in front of you unless we receive a new construction project or an emergency job that we are unable to temporarily patch.

13. My roof is leaking now! Can you start my project immediately?

In most cases, we are able to temporarily patch your home until we are able to start your project, and in most cases your insurance will pay for your temporary patch.

14. Do you do any other trades?

If it pertains to a roof, we do it; we also offer services for gutter maintenance and attic insulation as well. We will repair any rotted or damaged decking, and can also accommodate small repairs to fascia and soffit boards. We do recommend a few tradesmen to perform work on your house also. Note: Occasionally we will perform minor siding repair to a home if it may be completed during your project and impacts the completion of your project. Contact us for details about our different services.
